User Guide — Overview

User Guide

Welcome to the Pycora Pro User Guide.

This guide is written for non-developers — site builders, content editors, and business owners who want to run Pycora Pro and publish a website without touching code.

Everything here uses Decap CMS, a visual editor that lets you update your site from a browser. No Python, no HTML, no Markdown required.

Two Paths — Pick One

Pycora Pro can be used in two ways. Choose the path that fits your goal:

🖥️ Local Path

Run Pycora Pro on your own computer. Edit content, preview your site, and build the final HTML — all offline.

Best for:

  • First-time users who want to learn the tool
  • Editing content before publishing
  • Building a site to upload manually to any host

☁️ Cloud Path

Deploy Pycora Pro online — to Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, or Vercel. Edit content from any device, anywhere.

Best for:

  • Users who want a live website with a custom domain
  • Editing content from a phone, tablet, or another computer
  • Automatic rebuilds whenever you save
